Privacy Policy

Effective June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ring0 Labs, Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit https://r-0.org/ (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

We keep this Site’s data collection minimal. Where a section below describes a practice we do not currently use, it is included so this Policy stays accurate if we add that feature; we will revise the effective date above when our practices change.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you sign up for updates, you give us your email address, and we record the time you subscribed. If you contact us by email, we receive your message and your email address. If you request access to a non-public area such as the investor portal, we collect the information you submit to verify that access.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting and infrastructure providers collect standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, referring pages, and the dates and times of your requests. This is kept in server logs to operate and secure the Site.

Cookies. The public Site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The investor portal sets a single session cookie used only to keep you signed in to that area; it identifies a session, not a person.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and secure the Site; to send you the updates you requested and respond to your messages; to verify and provide access to non-public areas such as the investor portal; to understand how the Site is used so we can improve it; and to comply with law and enforce our terms.

Legal Bases for Processing

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on these legal bases: your consent, for example to send you updates, which you may withdraw at any time; our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site; and compliance with our legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share information only as follows: with service providers who process data on our behalf as infrastructure, such as Vercel for hosting and server logs and Upstash for storing newsletter emails; to comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests, and to protect the rights, property, and safety of the Company and others; and in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. The public Site does not set tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is a session cookie in the investor portal, which is strictly necessary to keep you signed in. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but parts of the investor portal may not function without the session cookie.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country whose data-protection rules differ from your own.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy: newsletter emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them; server logs for a limited period for security and operations; and other information as required to comply with our legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email angel@r-0.org. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. You may exercise your rights by emailing angel@r-0.org.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above, and, if the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
